• Can I know the power consumption?
  There are power detection unit intregrated in Socket Gateway, Loop Controller and Smart Socket, you can check the power usage at any time on the APP.
• Can I download the APP without network?
  Yes, it is currently only available on Android phones. After the Smart Socket is powered on, access the Wi-Fi of the socket and enter the specified URL to download the Android APP.
• What is the communication range between devices?
  The communication radius is 50 meters (barrier-free.)
• Do I need to charge the Removable Switch?
  The switch has built-in high-performance lithium battery, which adopts Qi standard, and can be used one year for one-time-charge.
• Do I need to fix the Removable Switch on the wall?
  No need. You can place it anywhere you want, and pair the switch with devices at will.
